A seasoned lawyer with more than 35 years of strong experience, Mr. Ganeriwala has successfully handled Arbitration and several Litigation matters ranging from criminal, civil and constitutional matters. With the privilege of appearing in many high profile cases involving significant interests he has represented clients involving top corporates, individuals and trade associations and has obtained several authoritative judgments. He has widely travelled and represented clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities including High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Chennai, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and the Supreme Court of India. An experienced conciliator, he has also assisted clients in settling of disputes through sustained dialogue in mediation proceedings. His main area of specialization remains Criminal Law in which he has developed a niche as a defence lawyer.
He is a qualified lawyer holding honours bachelor degree in Corporate Law from the distinguished National Law University, Jodhpur enjoying the distinct experience of both advisory and litigation. While previously working with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Mumbai he has had the privilege of advising notable companies and banks in eminent Project Finance transactions and matters pertaining to Aviation law and Corporate Law. He expertise includes on the Government and Regulatory side due to his exposure as Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. As such he has represented and defended the Government of Punjab in various kinds of litigation before High Court. His strong advisory experience extends only to corporates but also government, ministries, and public institutions and bodies. He specializes in drafting and negotiating all forms of contracts and agreements relating to diverse sectors and has handled contentious legal matters on the litigation side.
She is a qualified lawyer registered with Bar Council of Delhi having completed her Post-Graduation from the prestigious Indian Law Institute, New Delhi in Arbitration and Conciliation. She had previously worked with R.R.A Tax Advisory in New Delhi. Ms. Ganeriwala has been a part of an extensive range of transactions relating to direct taxation, search and seizure and securities laws. On the litigation side she has represented clients before Income Tax Tribunals, RERA Authority, State Consumer Commissions as well as High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh. She is also having a vast knowledge on Criminal Law and Matrimonial matters. An expert conciliator, Ms. Ganeriwala has also regularly appeared before the Mediation Cell at Punjab and Haryana High Court and assisted clients including many NRI’s in mediation and out of court settlement in matters ranging from matrimonial disputes to family disputes.
