Hurt and Assault

Sections 323, 324, 325 and 326 of IPC are the commonly used sections involving bodily injuries. More often it is seen that a simple case of hurt is converted into a grevious hurt which is sometimes accompanied with Attempt to Murder (Section 307 IPC) in order to increase the gravity and severity of offence ensuring that the accused remains behind bars for a long period of time.

Although by and large bails can be obtained in these kinds of matters however it varies from months to years. There is no definite time. Getting bail in these type of cases depends on many factors like evidence available, the testimony of the witnesses, police report and most importantly how your case is represented in the court.

At Lexel, we are experts in criminal advocacy. Your criminal case is examined from various angles and the defence supported by solid evidence is crafted which is represented by us in the court in the best possible manner which maximises your chances of getting bail.

In the event of a false case, we also deal with the complete cessation of your criminal case from the roots through appropriate legal proceedings including filing of quashing of FIR, discharge from the criminal court, etc.
